Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time
We partner with trusted suppliers to deliver your products. Estimated delivery times:
 • Italy: 7–14 business days
 • Europe: 8–18 business days
 • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on all orders under 50€ (or: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight).

Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking info to update.

Delays
